This is the vigil book created for Sir Tiberius Nautius Maxiumus who was elevated this past spring. It is version 2; one silver living in our time in exile was my ability to attend a lecture given by a professional binder who worked with the curators responsible for the original to create a facsimile.

The original is known as the Glazier Codex, a coptic bound manuscript from the 4th-5th Century. The original contained the Acts of the Apostles.

This is make of oak boards with Hudson Valley deer and bone findings. The spine is blind tooled. The text block is made of hand-moulded text weight paper from a mill in France in business since 1492. It is 10×12 cm.
