Anyone who wishes to display at the event is required to register for the display by completing the Display Registration Form which will open November 13th and be posted here by then. The deadline for registration is December 13th. Late registrations will not be accepted due to the time needed to create the online pages for entrants.
As this will be online there will be no limit to the number of entries! However, registering early gives our team more time to create the various web pages needed for each entrant, so please still register as soon as you know you plan to participate.
If there are questions about the form, or if a displayer discovers that they can not attend the event after registering, please email the Deputy Kingdom MOAS, Mistress Elena Hylton (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You should receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of registering. If you do not, please send a follow up email to the address listed above, and then e-mail the Kingdom A&S Minister if needed. Please don’t assume you are registered without confirmation.
Optional A&S Consultation: We will have mentors dedicated to providing those who are displaying with feedback if it is requested. The registration form will ask if you wish to sign up to receive feedback as part of this consultation option.
